Etched Glass Doors and Tables- SouthWest Art

Most homes have a theme, that starts from the front door, runs all through the home and ends at the back door. In most cases the theme of ones home reflects the taste of the home owner. If you are interested in a Southwest theme, here is a little background on the Indians that lived in the Southwest.

The American  Indians that live in the Southwest create beautiful pieces of art. The designs and materials that are used for their pottery, clothes, dolls, and jewelry always have a spiritual and significant meaning because of how spiritual the Indians are.. The most common stone that the Indians use is turquoise, most commonly used in all their jewelry. They believe that the stone  promotes health, happiness, and good fortune.

In this day and age a common trend for not only fashion but for a home is the Southwest style. Sans Soucie is prestige at designing anything on glass, all their designs are beautifully etched and hand-painted designs on tables, front doors, pantry doors, mirrors, and anything that involves glass. Below are examples of two tables and an entry door that represent the Southwest beautifully.
